When I was brought onto the Maxx Improve project, the brand was facing several clear challenges:
No Existing Digital Presence: The brand was starting from scratch and needed a professional, conversion-optimized Shopify store that could resonate with its target audience — men seeking discreet, reliable health solutions.
Sensitive Product Category: Selling male enhancement products online comes with unique hurdles. The brand needed a design language and messaging style that was tasteful, non-sensational, trustworthy, and medically responsible.
Consistent Visual Identity: Maxx Improve lacked any cohesive set of digital graphics or visual assets. They needed everything — from hero images and product photos to icons, explainer illustrations, and banners — to build a seamless and professional e-commerce experience.
